    Can you please recommend a device that supports full diagnosis, programming and flashing functions for Dodge, Chrysler, Chevrolet, GMC and Ford vehicles

     It doesn't exist. You need to obtain a lock smith ID through NASTF to do some immobilizer , get Windows 10 pro laptops , a decent battery maintainer, High speed internet connection or hotspot , a supported J2534 pass through device , and purchase OE programming subscription for whatever car VIN or period of time .
